Leviticus 5:11

11“But if he cannot afford two turtledoves or two pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for the sin that he has committed a atenth of an ephah
An  ephah was about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters
of fine flour for a sin offering. He cshall put no oil on it and shall put no frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

Leviticus 12:8

8And if she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take dtwo turtledoves or two pigeons,
Septuagint  two young pigeons
fone for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering. gAnd the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.”

Leviticus 14:21

21“But hif he is poor and cannot afford so much, then he shall take one male lamb for a guilt offering ito be waved, to make atonement for him, and a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil for a grain offering, and a log of oil;

Leviticus 25:28

28But if he does not have sufficient means to recover it, then what he sold shall remain in the hand of the buyer until the year of jubilee. In the jubilee it shall jbe released, and khe shall return to his property.

Numbers 6:21

21This is the law of the Nazirite. But if he vows an offering to the Lord above his Nazirite vow, as he can afford, in exact accordance with the vow that he takes, then he shall do in addition to the law of the Nazirite.”

Ezekiel 46:5

5And lthe grain offering with the ram shall be an ephah,
An  ephah was about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters
and the grain offering with the lambs shall be nas much as he is able, together with a hin
A  hin was about 4 quarts or 3.5 liters
of oil to each ephah.
