Leviticus 5:4-6

4or if anyone utters with his lips a arash oath to do evil or to do good, any sort of rash oath that people bswear, and it is hidden from him, when he comes to know it, and he realizes his guilt in any of these; 5when he realizes his guilt in any of these and cconfesses the sin he has committed, 6he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation
Hebrew  his guilt penalty; so throughout Leviticus
for the sin that he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering. And the priest shall make atonement for him for his sin.

Leviticus 27:9-10

is an animal that may be offered as an offering to the Lord, all of it that he gives to the Lord is holy.
10 fHe shall not exchange it or make a substitute for it, good for bad, or bad for good; and if he does in fact substitute one animal for another, then both it and the substitute shall be holy.
