Leviticus 5:7-11

7“But aif he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation for the sin that he has committed two bturtledoves or two pigeons,

one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
8He shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer first the one for the sin offering. He shall dwring its head from its neck ebut shall not sever it completely, 9and he shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, while fthe rest of the blood shall be drained out gat the base of the altar; it is a sin offering. 10Then he shall offer the second for a burnt offering according to the rule. hAnd the priest shall make atonement for him for the sin that he has committed, and he shall be forgiven.

11“But if he cannot afford two turtledoves or two pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for the sin that he has committed a itenth of an ephah
An  ephah was about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters
of fine flour for a sin offering. He kshall put no oil on it and shall put no frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

Leviticus 12:6-8

6 l“And when the days of her purifying are completed, whether for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the entrance of the tent of meeting a lamb a year old for a burnt offering, and a pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering, 7and he shall offer it before the Lord and make atonement for her. Then she shall be clean from the flow of her blood. This is the law for her who bears a child, either male or female. 8And if she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take mtwo turtledoves or two pigeons,

oone for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering. pAnd the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.”
