Leviticus 7:11-17

11 “And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings that one may offer to the Lord. 12 If he offers it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the thanksgiving sacrifice ^aunleavened loaves mixed with oil, unleavened wafers smeared with oil, and loaves of fine flour ^bwell mixed with oil. 13 ^cWith the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving he shall bring his offering with loaves of leavened bread. 14 And from it he shall offer one loaf from each offering, as a ^dgift to the Lord. ^eIt shall belong to the priest who throws the blood of the peace offerings. 15 And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings ^ffor thanksgiving shall be eaten on the day of his offering. He shall not leave any of it until the morning. 16 But ^gif the sacrifice of his offering is a vow offering or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice, and on the next day what remains of it shall be eaten. 17 But what remains of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned up with fire.

Psalms 69:32

32 When ^hthe humble see it they will be glad;
you who seek God, ⁱlet your hearts revive.

Isaiah 25:6

6 ^jOn this mountain the Lord of hosts will make for all peoples
a feast of rich food, a feast of well-aged wine,
^kof rich food full of marrow, of aged wine well refined.

John 6:48-58

48 ^mI am the bread of life. 49 ⁿYour fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and ^othey died. 50 ^pThis is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it ^qand not die. 51 I am the living bread ^rthat came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give ^sfor the life of the world is ^tmy flesh.”

52 The Jews then ^udisputed among themselves, saying, ^v“How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” 53 So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of ^wthe Son of Man and drink his blood, you ^xhave no life in you. 54 Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood ^yhas eternal life, and ^zI will raise him up on the last day. 55 For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. 56 Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood ^aaabides in me, and I in him. 57 As ^abthe living Father ^acsent me, and ^adI live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. 58 ^aeThis is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread ^{▼▼Greek lacks the bread} the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.”
