Leviticus 8:35

35At the entrance of the tent of meeting you shall remain day and night for seven days, performing what the Lord has acharged, so that you do not die, for so I have been commanded.”

Numbers 3:6-9

6 bBring the tribe of Levi near, and set them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister to him. 7They shall keep guard over him and over the whole congregation before the tent of meeting, cas they minister at the tabernacle. 8They shall guard all the furnishings of the tent of meeting, and keep guard over the people of Israel as they minister at the tabernacle. 9And dyou shall give the Levites to Aaron and his sons; they are ewholly given to him from among the people of Israel.

Numbers 18:2

2And with you bring your brothers also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may fjoin you and gminister to you while you and your sons with you are before the tent of the testimony.

Ezekiel 40:46

46and the chamber that faces north is for the priests hwho have charge of the altar. These are ithe sons of Zadok, who alone
Hebrew lacks  alone
among the sons of Levi may come knear to the Lord to minister to him.”

Ezekiel 44:8

8And lyou have not kept charge of my holy things, but you have set others to keep my charge for you in my sanctuary.

Ezekiel 44:10

10But mthe Levites who went far from me, going astray from me after their idols nwhen Israel went astray, oshall bear their punishment.
Or iniquity; also verse 12

Ezekiel 44:14-15

14Yet I will appoint them to keep qcharge of the temple, rto do all its service and all that is to be done in it.

Rules for Levitical Priests

15“But sthe Levitical priests, tthe sons of Zadok, who kept uthe charge of my sanctuary vwhen the people of Israel went astray from me, shall come near to me wto minister to me. And they shall stand before me to offer me xthe fat and the blood, declares the Lord God.
