Luke 24:27

Luke 24:44

44Then he said to them, fThese are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, gthat everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”

1 Peter 1:10-12

10Concerning this salvation, acthe prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and inquired carefully, 11inquiring adwhat person or time aethe Spirit of Christ in them was indicating afwhen he predicted agthe sufferings of Christ and the subsequent glories. 12 ahIt was revealed to them that aithey were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you ajby the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, akthings into which angels long to look.

2 Peter 1:19-21

19And alwe have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention amas to a lamp shining in a dark place, until anthe day aodawns and the morning star rises in your hearts, 20knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation. 21For apno prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God aqas they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
