Luke 10:35
35And the next day he took out two adenarii ▼▼A denarius was a day’s wage for a laborer
and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, ‘Take care of him, and whatever more you spend, I will repay you when I come back.’ Revelation of John 6:6
6And I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying, c“A quart ▼▼Greek choinix, a dry measure equal to about a quart
of wheat for a denarius, ▼▼A denarius was a day’s wage for a laborer
and three quarts of barley for a denarius, and fdo not harm the oil and wine!”
