Luke 12:33-34

33 aSell your possessions, and bgive to the needy. cProvide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old, with da treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. 34 eFor where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Luke 16:9

9And I tell you, fmake friends for yourselves by means of gunrighteous wealth,
Greek mammon, a Semitic word for money or possessions; also verse 11; rendered money in verse 13
so that when it fails they may receive you into the eternal dwellings.


Luke 18:22

22When Jesus heard this, he said to him, One thing you still lack. iSell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have jtreasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”

Luke 19:8

8And Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Behold, Lord, the half of my goods kI give to the poor. And if I have ldefrauded anyone of anything, I restore it mfourfold.”

Acts 4:34-37

34 nThere was not a needy person among them, for oas many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold 35and plaid it at the apostlesfeet, and qit was distributed to each as any had need. 36Thus Joseph, who was also called by the apostles Barnabas (which means rson of encouragement), a Levite, a native of Cyprus, 37sold a field that belonged to him and brought the money and slaid it at the apostlesfeet.

Acts 5:1-2

Ananias and Sapphira

1But a man named Ananias, with his wife Sapphira, sold a piece of property, 2and with his wife’s knowledge the kept back for himself some of the proceeds and brought only a part of it and ulaid it at the apostlesfeet.

Acts 11:29
