Luke 12:45-46

45But if that servant says to himself, ‘My master ais delayed in coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and bget drunk, 46the master of that servant will come con a day when he does not expect him and dat an hour he does not know, and will cut him in pieces and put him with the unfaithful.

1 Thessalonians 5:2-3

2For you yourselves are fully aware that ethe day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then fsudden destruction will come upon them gas labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

13Come now, you who say, hToday or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— 14yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For iyou are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.
