12 But before all this ^athey will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to ^bthe synagogues and ^cprisons, and you ^dwill be brought before ^ekings and ^fgovernors for my name’s sake. 13 ^gThis will be your opportunity to bear witness. 14 Settle it therefore in your minds ^hnot to meditate beforehand how to answer, 15 for ⁱI will give you a mouth and ^jwisdom, which none of your adversaries will be able to withstand or ^kcontradict.
