Luke 22:20

20And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, aThis cup that is poured out for you is bthe new ccovenant in my blood.

2 Corinthians 3:6

6who has made us sufficient to be eministers of fa new covenant, not of gthe letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but hthe Spirit gives life.

2 Corinthians 3:14

14But itheir minds were jhardened. For to this day, kwhen they read lthe old covenant, that same veil remains unlifted, because only through Christ is it taken away.

Hebrews 9:15-20

15Therefore he is mthe mediator of a new covenant, so that nthose who are called may oreceive the promised eternal inheritance, psince a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
The Greek word means both  covenant and will; also verses 16, 17
16For where a will is involved, the death of the one who made it must be established. 17For ra will takes effect only at death, since it is not in force as long as the one who made it is alive. 18Therefore not even the first covenant was inaugurated swithout blood. 19For when every commandment of the law had been declared by Moses to all the people, he took tthe blood of calves and goats, uwith water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, 20saying, vThis is the blood of the covenant that God commanded for you.”
