John 15:22-25

but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 afWhoever hates me hates my Father also. 24 agIf I had not done among them the works that no one else did, ahthey would not be guilty of sin, but now they have aiseen and hated both me and my Father. 25But ajthe word that is written in their Law must be fulfilled: ak‘They hated me without a cause.’ John 16:3
3And they will do these things albecause they have not known the Father, nor me.
