Luke 24:49

49And behold, I am sending athe promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you bare clothed with cpower dfrom on high.”

John 7:38-39

38Whoever believes in me, eas
Or  let him come to me, and let him who believes in me drink. As
the Scripture has said, gOut of his heart will flow rivers of hliving water.’”
39Now ithis he said about the Spirit, jwhom those who believed in him were to receive, kfor as yet the Spirit had not been lgiven, mbecause Jesus was not yet glorified.

John 14:16

16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another nHelper,
Or Advocate, or Counselor; also 14:26; 15:26; 16:7
to be with you forever,

26But the pHelper, the Holy Spirit, qwhom the Father will send in my name, rhe will teach you all things and sbring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

26“But twhen the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, uhe will bear witness about me.

John 16:7-15

7Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for vif I do not go away, wthe Helper will not come to you. But xif yI go, zI will send him to you. 8 aaAnd when he comes, he will abconvict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: 9concerning sin, acbecause they do not believe in me; 10 adconcerning righteousness, aebecause I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer; 11 afconcerning judgment, because the ruler of this world agis judged.

12“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13When ahthe Spirit of truth comes, aihe will ajguide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but akwhatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. 14He will alglorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. 15 amAll that the Father has is mine; antherefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.
