Luke 6:30-36

30 aGive to everyone who begs from you, and from one who takes away your goods do not demand them back. 31And bas you wish that others would do to you, do so to them.

32 cIf you love those who love you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. 33And if you do good to those who do good to you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. 34And dif you elend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to get back the same amount. 35But flove your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and gyou will be sons of hthe Most High, for ihe is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. 36 jBe merciful, even as kyour Father is merciful.

Luke 11:41

The Parable of the Great Banquet

12He said also to the man who had invited him, When you give na dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers
Or  your brothers and sisters. The plural Greek word adelphoi (translated “brothers”) refers to siblings in a family. In New Testament usage, depending on the context, adelphoi may refer either to brothers or to brothers and sisters
or your relatives or rich neighbors, plest they also invite you in return and you be repaid.
13But when you give a feast, qinvite rthe poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, 14and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid sat tthe resurrection of the just.”

Romans 12:20

20To the contrary, uif your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.”

2 Corinthians 9:6-15

The Cheerful Giver

6The point is this: vwhoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully
Greek with blessings; twice in this verse
will also reap bountifully.
7Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, xnot reluctantly or under compulsion, for yGod loves a cheerful giver. 8And zGod is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency
Or  all contentment
in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
9As it is written,

ab“He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor;
his righteousness endures forever.”
10He who supplies acseed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and adincrease the harvest of your righteousness. 11 aeYou will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which afthrough us will produce thanksgiving to God. 12For the ministry of this service is not only supplying agthe needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God. 13By their approval of this service, ahthey
Or you
will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your ajconfession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others,
14while they long for you and pray for you, because of the surpassing grace of God upon you. 15 akThanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!

1 Timothy 6:17-19
