Luke 14:12-14

The Parable of the Great Banquet

12He said also to the man who had invited him, When you give ea dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers
Or  your brothers and sisters. The plural Greek word adelphoi (translated “brothers”) refers to siblings in a family. In New Testament usage, depending on the context, adelphoi may refer either to brothers or to brothers and sisters
or your relatives or rich neighbors, glest they also invite you in return and you be repaid.
13But when you give a feast, hinvite ithe poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, 14and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid jat kthe resurrection of the just.”

Acts 2:44-45

44And all who believed were together and lhad all things in common. 45And mthey were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need.

Acts 4:34-37

34 nThere was not a needy person among them, for oas many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold 35and plaid it at the apostlesfeet, and qit was distributed to each as any had need. 36Thus Joseph, who was also called by the apostles Barnabas (which means rson of encouragement), a Levite, a native of Cyprus, 37sold a field that belonged to him and brought the money and slaid it at the apostlesfeet.
