Luke 7:24-27

24When John’s messengers had gone, Jesus

began to speak to the crowds concerning John: What did you go out binto the wilderness to see? cA reed shaken by the wind?
25What then did you go out to see? A man dressed in soft clothing? Behold, those who are dressed in splendid clothing and live in luxury are in kings’ courts. 26What then did you go out to see? dA prophet? Yes, I tell you, and more than a prophet. 27This is he of whom it is written,

e“‘Behold, I send my messenger before your face,
who will prepare your way before you.’

Luke 18:40-41

40And Jesus stopped and commanded him to be brought to him. And when he came near, he asked him, 41 fWhat do you want me to do for you?” He said, “Lord, let me recover my sight.”

John 18:4

4Then Jesus, gknowing all that would happen to him, came forward and said to them, hWhom do you seek?”

John 18:7

7So he asked them again, iWhom do you seek?” And they said, “Jesus of Nazareth.”

John 20:15-16

15Jesus said to her, jWoman, why are you weeping? kWhom are you seeking?” Supposing him to be lthe gardener, she said to him, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.” 16Jesus said to her, Mary.” She turned and said to him in Aramaic,

Acts 10:21
