Malachi 3:10-11

10 aBring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby bput me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open cthe windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. 11I will rebuke dthe devourer
Probably a name for some crop-destroying pest or pests
for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says the Lord of hosts.

Matthew 10:42

42And fwhoever gives one of gthese little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.”

2 Corinthians 9:6-11

The Cheerful Giver

6The point is this: hwhoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully
Greek with blessings; twice in this verse
will also reap bountifully.
7Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, jnot reluctantly or under compulsion, for kGod loves a cheerful giver. 8And lGod is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency
Or  all contentment
in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
9As it is written,

n“He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor;
his righteousness endures forever.”
10He who supplies oseed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and pincrease the harvest of your righteousness. 11 qYou will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which rthrough us will produce thanksgiving to God.
