Mark 12:42-44
42And a poor widow came and put in two asmall copper coins, which make a penny. ▼▼Greek two lepta, which make a kodrantes; a kodrantes (Latin quadrans) was a Roman copper coin worth about 1/64 of a denarius (which was a day’s wage for a laborer)
43And he called his disciples to him and said to them, “Truly, I say to you, cthis poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. 44For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her dpoverty has put in everything she had, all eshe had to live on.” Mark 14:7-8
7For fyou always have the poor with you, and whenever gyou want, you can do good for them. But hyou will not always have me. 8 iShe has done what she could; she has anointed my body beforehand jfor burial.Luke 7:44-46

3And he said, “Truly, I tell you, afthis poor widow has put in more than all of them. 4For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her agpoverty put in all ahshe had to live on.” 1 Peter 4:10
