Mark 15:27-32

27 And with him they crucified two ^arobbers, ^bone on his right and one on his left. ^{▼▼Some manuscripts insert verse 28: And the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “He was numbered with the transgressors”} 29 And ^dthose who passed by derided him, ^ewagging their heads and saying, ^f“Aha! ^gYou who would destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, 30 save yourself, and come down from the cross!” 31 So also the chief priests with the scribes mocked him to one another, saying, ^h“He saved others; ⁱhe cannot save himself. 32 Let ^jthe Christ, ^kthe King of Israel, come down now from the cross that we may ^lsee and believe.” ^mThose who were crucified with him also reviled him.

Hebrews 12:2

2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, ⁿwho for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising ^othe shame, and ^pis seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

1 Peter 2:23
