35 While he was still speaking, there came from ^athe ruler’s house some who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why ^btrouble ^cthe Teacher any further?” 36 But overhearing ^{▼▼Or ignoring; some manuscripts hearing} what they said, Jesus said to ^ethe ruler of the synagogue, “Do not fear, only believe.”
