Jesus Foretells His Death and Resurrection

31 aAnd he began to teach them that bthe Son of Man must csuffer many things and dbe rejected by the elders and the chief priests and the scribes and be killed, and eafter three days rise again.

Mark 9:31

31for he was teaching his disciples, saying to them, The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him. And when he is killed, fafter three days he will rise.”

John 2:19-22

19Jesus answered them, gDestroy this temple, and in three days hI will raise it up.” 20The Jews then said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple,
