Matthew 12:36-37

36 I tell you, ^aon the day of judgment ^bpeople will give account for ^cevery careless word they speak, 37 for ^dby your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Matthew 25:35-45

35 For ^eI was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you ^fgave me drink, ^gI was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 ^hI was naked and you clothed me, ⁱI was sick and you ^jvisited me, ^kI was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And ^lthe King will answer them, ^m‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these ⁿmy brothers, ^{▼▼Or brothers and sisters} you did it to me.’
