Matthew 13:14-15

14Indeed, in their case the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says:

a“‘“You will indeed hear but never understand,
and you will indeed see but never perceive.”
15For this people’s heart has grown dull,
and with their ears bthey can barely hear,
and ctheir eyes they have closed,
lest they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and dunderstand with their heart
and eturn, and I would heal them.’

Acts 28:26-28

26 f“‘Go to this people, and say,
g“You will indeed hear but never understand,
and you will indeed see but never perceive.”
27 hFor this people’s heart has grown dull,
and with their ears they can barely hear,
and their eyes they have closed;
lest they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and understand with their heart
and iturn, and I would heal them.’
28Therefore let it be known to you that jthis ksalvation of God lhas been sent to the Gentiles; mthey will listen.”
Some manuscripts add verse 29: And when he had said these words, the Jews departed, having much dispute among themselves
