Matthew 18:15-17

If Your Brother Sins Against You

15 ^a“If your brother sins against you, ^bgo and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have ^cgained your brother. 16 But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established ^dby the evidence of two or three witnesses. 17 If he refuses to listen to them, ^etell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, ^flet him be to you as ^ga Gentile and ^ha tax collector.

Acts 18:14-15

14 But when Paul was about to open his mouth, Gallio said to the Jews, “If it were a matter of wrongdoing or vicious ⁱcrime, O Jews, I would have reason to accept your complaint. 15 But ^jsince it is a matter of questions about words and names and ^kyour own law, see to it yourselves. I refuse to be a judge of these things.”

Acts 19:38

38 If therefore Demetrius and the craftsmen with him have a complaint against anyone, the courts are open, and there are ^lproconsuls. Let them bring charges against one another.
