Matthew 19:23-26

23And Jesus said to his disciples, Truly, I say to you, aonly with difficulty will a rich person enter the kingdom of heaven. 24 bAgain I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter cthe kingdom of God.” 25When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?” 26But Jesus dlooked at them and said, eWith man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

James 2:5

5Listen, my beloved brothers, jhas not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be krich in faith and heirs of lthe kingdom, mwhich he has promised to those who love him?

James 4:4

4 nYou adulterous people!
Greek  You adulteresses!
Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? pTherefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
