Matthew 2:2-4

2saying, “Where is he who has been born aking of the Jews? For we saw bhis star when it rose
Or in the east; also verse 9
and have come to dworship him.”
3When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him; 4and assembling all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he inquired of them where ethe Christ was to be born.

Matthew 17:10-12

10And the disciples asked him, “Then why do the scribes say fthat first Elijah must come?” 11He answered, Elijah does come, and ghe will restore all things. 12But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but hdid to him whatever they pleased. iSo also the Son of Man will certainly suffer at their hands.”
