Matthew 21:31-32

31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, ^athe tax collectors and ^bthe prostitutes go into ^cthe kingdom of God before you. 32 For John came to you ^din the way of righteousness, and ^eyou did not believe him, but ^fthe tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. And even when you saw it, you did not afterward ^gchange your minds and believe him.

14 ^hAnd as he passed by, he saw ⁱLevi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax booth, and he said to him, “Follow me.” And he rose and followed him.
