20If with Christ aayou died to the abelemental spirits of the world, acwhy, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations 21 ad“Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch 22( aereferring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to afhuman precepts and teachings?

Hebrews 9:8-11

8By this the Holy Spirit indicates that agthe way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing 9(which is symbolic for the present age).

According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered aithat cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper,
10but deal only with ajfood and drink and akvarious washings, regulations for the body imposed until the time of reformation.
