Signs of the End of the Age

3As he sat on athe Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him bprivately, saying, “Tell us, cwhen will these things be, and what will be the sign of your dcoming and of ethe end of the age?”

Matthew 24:27-31

27 fFor as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be gthe coming of the Son of Man. 28 hWherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.

The Coming of the Son of Man

29“Immediately after ithe tribulation of those days jthe sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and kthe stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30Then lwill appear in heaven mthe sign of the Son of Man, and then nall the tribes of the earth will mourn, and othey will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven pwith power and great glory. 31And qhe will send out his angels with a loud rtrumpet call, and they will sgather this elect from uthe four winds, vfrom one end of heaven to the other.

Matthew 26:64

64Jesus said to him, w“You have said so. But I tell you, from now on xyou will see the Son of Man yseated at the right hand of Power and zcoming on the clouds of heaven.”
