Some manuscripts omit  exercising oversight
afnot under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you;
Some manuscripts omit  as God would have you
ahnot for shameful gain, but eagerly;
3not aidomineering over those in your charge, but ajbeing examples to the flock. 4And when akthe chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the alunfading amcrown of glory.
