35 For ^aI was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you ^bgave me drink, ^cI was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 ^dI was naked and you clothed me, ^eI was sick and you ^fvisited me, ^gI was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And ^hthe King will answer them, ⁱ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these ^jmy brothers, ^{▼▼Or brothers and sisters} you did it to me.’

2 Corinthians 9:12-14

12 For the ministry of this service is not only supplying ^lthe needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God. 13 By their approval of this service, ^mthey ^{▼▼Or you} will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your ^oconfession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others, 14 while they long for you and pray for you, because of the surpassing grace of God upon you.

Hebrews 6:10

10 For ^pGod is not unjust so as to overlook ^qyour work and the love that you have shown for his name in ^rserving the saints, as you still do.

Hebrews 10:34

34 For ^syou had compassion on those in prison, and ^tyou joyfully accepted the plundering of your property, since you knew that you yourselves had ^ua better possession and an abiding one.
