Matthew 26:63-66

63 aBut Jesus remained silent. bAnd the high priest said to him, c“I adjure you by dthe living God, etell us if you are fthe Christ, gthe Son of God.” 64Jesus said to him, hYou have said so. But I tell you, from now on iyou will see the Son of Man jseated at the right hand of Power and kcoming on the clouds of heaven.” 65Then the high priest ltore his robes and said, m“He has uttered blasphemy. What further witnesses do we need? You have now heard his blasphemy. 66What is your judgment?” They answered, n“He deserves death.”

Matthew 27:43

43 oHe trusts in God; let God deliver him now, if he desires him. For he said, ‘I am the Son of God.’”

Matthew 27:54

54 pWhen the centurion and those who were with him, qkeeping watch over Jesus, saw the earthquake and what took place, they were filled with awe and said, rTruly this was the Son

Jesus Is Equal with God

18This was why the Jews twere seeking all the more to kill him, ubecause not only was he vbreaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God whis own Father, xmaking himself equal with God.
