Pilate Delivers Jesus to Be Crucified

24So when Pilate saw that he was gaining nothing, but rather that ea riot was beginning, he took water and fwashed his hands before the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of gthis man’s blood;

14And Pilate said to them, “Why? jWhat evil has he done?” But they shouted all the more, “Crucify him.”

Luke 23:4

4Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, k“I find no guilt in this man.”

Luke 23:14-16

14and said to them, “You brought me this man las one who was misleading the people. And mafter examining him before you, behold, I ndid not find this man guilty of any of your charges against him. 15Neither did Herod, for ohe sent him back to us. Look, nothing deserving death has been done by him. 16 pI will therefore punish and release him.”

John 19:4

4Pilate went out again and said to them, “See, I am bringing him out to you that you may know that rI find no guilt in him.”

John 19:6

6When the chief priests and the officers saw him, they cried out, “Crucify him, crucify him!” Pilate said to them, sTake him yourselves and crucify him, for tI find no guilt in him.”

John 19:21-22

21So the chief priests of the Jews said to Pilate, “Do not write, ‘The King of the Jews,’ but rather, ‘This man said, I am King of the Jews.’” 22Pilate answered, uWhat I have written I have written.”

1 Peter 1:19
