55 There were also ^amany women there, looking on ^bfrom a distance, who had followed Jesus from Galilee, ^cministering to him, 56 among whom were ^dMary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James and Joseph and ^ethe mother of the sons of Zebedee.

Matthew 27:61

and for my clothing they cast lots.”
So the soldiers did these things, 25 ^ybut standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus saw his mother and ^zthe disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, ^aa“Woman, behold, your son!” 27 Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to ^abhis own home.
