Jesus Is Buried

57 aWhen it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who also was a disciple of Jesus.

Mark 15:43-46

43Joseph of Arimathea, ba respected member of the council, who cwas also himself looking for the kingdom of God, took courage and went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. 44Pilate was surprised to hear that he should have already died.

John 19:39-40

39 lNicodemus also, who earlier had come to Jesus
