Matthew 28:8
8So they departed quickly from the tomb awith fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples.Luke 24:9-11
9and returning from the tomb they btold all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. 10Now it was cMary Magdalene and dJoanna and Mary the mother of James and the other women with them who told these things to the apostles, 11but these words seemed to them an idle tale, and ethey did not believe them.Luke 24:22-24
22Moreover, some women of our company amazed us. fThey were at the tomb early in the morning, 23and gwhen they did not find his body, they came back saying that hthey had even seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive. 24 iSome of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but him they did not see.”
