Matthew 3:9

9And do not presume to say to yourselves, a‘We have Abraham as our father,’ for I tell you, God is able from bthese stones to raise up children for Abraham.

Luke 3:8

8Bear fruits cin keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, d‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you, God is able from ethese stones to raise up children for Abraham.

Luke 16:30

John 8:33-39

39They answered him, oAbraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, pIf you were Abraham’s children, you would be doing the works Abraham did,

John 8:53-56

53 qAre you greater than our father Abraham, who died? And the prophets died! Who do you make yourself out to be?” 54Jesus answered, rIf I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. sIt is my Father who glorifies me, tof whom you say, ‘He is our God.’

Romans 9:7-8

7and not all are children of Abraham adbecause they are his offspring, but aeThrough Isaac shall your offspring be named.” 8This means that it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but afthe children of the promise are counted as offspring.
