Matthew 4:4

4 But he answered, ^a“It is written,

^b“‘Man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

7 Jesus said to him, “Again ^cit is written, ^d‘You shall not ^eput the Lord your God to the test.’”

10 Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, ^fSatan! For ^git is written,

^h“‘You shall worship the Lord your God
and ⁱhim only shall you serve.’”
