when you meet trials tof various kinds,
3for you know that uthe testing of your faith vproduces steadfastness. 4And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be wperfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

James 1:12

12 xBlessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive ythe crown of life, zwhich God has promised to those who love him.

James 5:11

11Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of aathe steadfastness of Job, and you have seen abthe purpose of the Lord, how acthe Lord is compassionate and merciful.
