Matthew 7:24-25

Build Your House on the Rock

24 aEveryone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like ba wise man who built his house on the rock. 25And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.

John 15:4-5

4 dAbide ein me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5I am the vine; fyou are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that gbears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.

1 Corinthians 3:9-15

9For we are hGod’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, iGod’s building.

10 jAccording to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a kfoundation, and lsomeone else is building upon it. Let each one take care how he builds upon it. 11For no one can lay a mfoundation other nthan that which is laid, owhich is Jesus Christ. 12Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw 13 peach one’s work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed qby fire, and rthe fire will test what sort of work each one has done. 14If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, she will receive a reward. 15If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, tbut only as through fire.

1 Peter 2:4-6

4As you come to him, a living stone adrejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious, 5 aeyou yourselves like living stones are being built up as afa spiritual house, to be aga holy priesthood, ahto offer spiritual sacrifices aiacceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6For it stands in Scripture:
