Matthew 9:15

15And Jesus said to them, aCan the wedding guests mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? bThe days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and cthen they will fast.

Matthew 24:30

30Then dwill appear in heaven ethe sign of the Son of Man, and then fall the tribes of the earth will mourn, and gthey will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven hwith power and great glory.

Mark 14:72

You will be sorrowful, but pyour sorrow will turn into joy. 21 qWhen a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. 22 rSo also you have sorrow now, but sI will see you again, and tyour hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.
