36 aWhen he saw the crowds, bhe had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, clike sheep without a shepherd.

Matthew 25:32

32Before him dwill be gathered eall the nations, and fhe will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates gthe sheep from the goats.
