Micah 3:10-12

10 ^awho build Zion with blood
and Jerusalem with iniquity.
11 ^bIts heads give judgment for a bribe;
^cits priests teach for a price;
^dits prophets practice divination for money;
^eyet they lean on the Lord and ^fsay,
“Is not the Lord in the midst of us?
^gNo disaster shall come upon us.”
12 Therefore because of you
^hZion shall be plowed as a field;
Jerusalem ⁱshall become a heap of ruins,
and ^jthe mountain of the house ^ka wooded height.

Micah 7:2

2 ^lThe godly has perished from the earth,
and ^mthere is no one upright among mankind;
ⁿthey all lie in wait for blood,
and ^oeach hunts the other with a net.

Matthew 27:4
