God’s Steadfast Love and Compassion

18 aWho is a God like you, bpardoning iniquity
and passing over transgression
cfor the remnant of his inheritance?
dHe does not retain his anger forever,
because he delights in steadfast love.
19He will eagain have compassion on us;
fhe will tread our iniquities underfoot.
gYou will cast all our

into the depths of the sea.
20 iYou will show faithfulness to Jacob
and steadfast love to Abraham,
jas you have sworn to our fathers
from the days of old.

Matthew 6:12
