forty shekels
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
of silver. Even their servants lorded it over the people. But I did not do so, cbecause of the fear of God.

Acts 18:3

3and dbecause he was of the same trade he stayed with them and worked, for they were tentmakers by trade.
