Nehemiah 9:17

17They refused to obey aand were not mindful of the wonders that you performed among them, but they stiffened their neck and appointed a leader to return to their slavery in Egypt. But you are a God ready to forgive, bgracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, and did not forsake them.

Jeremiah 5:3

3O Lord, do not your eyes look for truth?
cYou have struck them down,
but they felt no anguish;
you have consumed them,
but they refused to take correction.
dThey have made their faces harder than rock;
they have refused to repent.

Zechariah 7:11-12

11But ethey refused to pay attention fand turned a stubborn shoulder and stopped their ears that they might not hear.

Hebrews 12:25

25See that you do not refuse him who is speaking. For mif they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape if we reject him who warns from heaven.
