Numbers 10:9

9And awhen you go to war in your land against the adversary who boppresses you, then you shall csound an alarm with the trumpets, that you may be dremembered before the Lord your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.

Deuteronomy 20:3-4

3and shall say to them, ‘Hear, O Israel, today you are drawing near for battle against your enemies: let not your heart faint. Do not fear or panic or be in dread of them, 4for the Lord your God is he who goes with you eto fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.’

1 Samuel 17:26

26And David said to the men who stood by him, “What shall be done for the man who kills this Philistine and takes away fthe reproach from Israel? For who is this guncircumcised Philistine, that he should hdefy the armies of ithe living God?”

1 Samuel 17:36
