11And the Lord said to Moses, “How long will this people adespise me? And how long will they not bbelieve in me, in spite of all the signs that I have done among them?

Deuteronomy 1:31-35

31and in the wilderness, where you have seen how the Lord your God ccarried you, as a man carries his son, all the way that you went until you came to this place.’ 32Yet in spite of this word dyou did not believe the Lord your God, 33 ewho went before you in the way fto seek you out a place to pitch your tents, in fire by night and in the cloud by day, to show you by what way you should go.
