Numbers 14:12

12I will strike them with the pestilence and disinherit them, and I awill make of you a nation greater and mightier than they.”

Numbers 16:46-47

46And Moses said to Aaron, “Take your censer, and put fire on it from off the altar and lay incense on it and carry it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them, for bwrath has gone out from the Lord; the plague has begun.” 47So Aaron took it as Moses said and ran into the midst of the assembly. And behold, the plague had already begun among the people. And he put on the incense and made atonement for the people.

years of famine come to you in your land? Or will you flee three months before your foes while they pursue you? Or shall there be three dayspestilence in your land? Now consider, and decide what answer I shall return to him who sent me.”
14Then David said to Gad, “I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hand of the Lord, efor his mercy is great; but let me not fall into the hand of man.”

15 fSo the Lord sent a pestilence on Israel from the morning until the appointed time. And there died of the people from gDan to Beersheba 70,000 men.

Ezekiel 14:19-21

19Or hif I send a pestilence into that land and pour out my wrath upon it with blood, to cut off from it man and beast, 20even if Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live, declares the Lord God, they would deliver neither son nor daughter. They would deliver but their own lives by their righteousness.

21For thus says the Lord God: How much more iwhen I send upon Jerusalem my four disastrous acts of judgment, jsword, kfamine, lwild beasts, and mpestilence, to cut off from it man and beast!
