Numbers 14:14-16

14and they will tell the inhabitants of this land. aThey have heard that you, O Lord, are in the midst of this people. For you, O Lord, are seen face to face, and byour cloud stands over them and you go before them, in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night. 15Now if you kill this people as one man, then the nations who have heard your fame will say, 16‘It is because the Lord cwas not able to bring this people into the land that he swore to give to them that he has killed them in the wilderness.’

Deuteronomy 4:6-7

6 dKeep them and do them, for ethat will be your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, who, when they hear all these statutes, will say, ‘Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’ 7For fwhat great nation is there that has ga god so near to it as the Lord our God is to us, whenever we call upon him?

Joshua 2:9-13

9and said to the men, “I know that the Lord has given you the land, hand that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land imelt away before you. 10For we have heard how the Lord jdried up the water of the Red Sea before you when you came out of Egypt, and kwhat you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to lSihon and Og, whom you devoted to destruction.
That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
11And nas soon as we heard it, oour hearts melted, and there was no spirit left in any man because of you, for pthe Lord your God, he is God in the heavens above and on the earth beneath. 12Now then, please swear to me by the Lord that, as I have dealt kindly with you, you also will deal kindly with my father’s house, and qgive me a sure sign 13that you will save alive my father and mother, my brothers and sisters, and all who belong to them, and deliver our lives from death.”

1 Kings 8:42-43

42(for they shall hear of your great name rand your mighty hand, and of your outstretched arm), when he comes and prays toward this house, 43hear in heaven your dwelling place and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to you, in order sthat all the peoples of the earth may know your name and tfear you, as do your people Israel, and that they may know that this house that I have built is called by your name.

1 Corinthians 14:25

25 uthe secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, vfalling on his face, he will worship God and wdeclare that God is really among you.
